Hairstory is reshaping haircare with refillable products and simplified routines. I translated that mission into an effortless, educational experience by designing a new PDP system with seamless variant selection and direct add to bag, plus a personalized, mobile-first hair quiz that drives conversion.

Hairstory needed a digital experience that embodied its sustainable ethos while simplifying complex product education for both new customers and stylists.




The solution
I redesigned the PDP system and introduced direct add-to-bag functionality, simplifying multi-variant selection and subscription setup. I also built a mobile hair quiz that educated users and personalized recommendations.







The results
The redesign turned education into engagement. The hair quiz drove a 19% conversion rate among new users, and the site’s flow and clarity improved retention and customer lifetime value.
